About ISCR Pharmacovigilance Council
Involvement of patients who consume drugs is inevitable when clinical research is talked or even thought about. Having said this, the role of pharmacovigilance in ensuring patient safety is indispensable not only in a clinical trial but as long as the drug is available in the market. With the focus of drug regulations in India shifting to the ever-existing field of safety, this Pharmacovigilance Council was set up in April 2015. The Council has representations from various sectors from pharmacovigilance professionals who have years of experience in this field and bring in lot of new ideas.
