ISCR has ten functioning councils which constitute the major activities of the Society. Each of the Councils has a Council Coordinator and Members who drive the respective agenda of the Councils, guided by the overall objectives and mission of the Society.
Medical Writing is a major activity of any clinical research project. Being technical in nature, these activities are shouldered by the experts in the respective fields. These experts are equipped with basic training in fundamentals of clinical research and related fields like
ICH (International Conference on Harmonisation) and GCP (Good Clinical Practices). Professionals in these fields actively participate in the planning of all clinical research projects and new drug development projects.
This Council is targeted at helping create awareness among all stakeholders of clinical research about the processes and new developments in Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, and Medical Writing and helping advance the knowledge of professionals already in these fields.
