Introduction to the ISCR Clinical Operations Council

ISCR has ten functioning councils which constitute the major activities of the Society. Each of the Councils has a Council Coordinator and Members who drive the respective agenda of the Councils, guided by the overall objectives and mission of the Society.
The council will serve as a hub for industry professionals, researchers, regulatory experts, and key stakeholders, fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and innovation in clinical research. Our goal is to address operational challenges, streamline processes, and enhance the overall efficiency while ensuring the highest ethical and regulatory standards.
As the landscape of clinical research continues to evolve with emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and global collaborations, the ClinOps Council aims to play a pivotal role in bridging gaps, promoting best practices, and driving impactful changes within the industry.

Capacity Building: Strengthen Clinical Trial Site Engagement and Management. Improve Clinical Trial Site Monitoring capability, Foster an “environment” for all clinical operations staff including Project Management and Project delivery

Policy Advocacy: Engaging with regulatory bodies and industry leaders to address challenges and improve clinical research frameworks.

Collaboration & Networking: Creating a platform for stakeholders to exchange insights, share experiences, inclusive of all clinical operations staff under one “umbrella” so as to foster collaboration between all partners (Industry/Clinical Trial sites).

Innovation & Technology Integration: Encouraging the adoption of emerging technologies to optimize trial management and operational efficiency.
