Dr. Sanish Davis
ISCR President

President's Message

"I am delighted to lead ISCR at a very critical juncture for clinical trials in India. The lessons from clinical trials during the pandemic will act as a catalyst to transform how we do clinical trials in the future and I am excited about the possibilities. While patient centricity and ethical, safe clinical trials will continue to be our focus, we will increase our focus on digital adoption in clinical trials and greater collaboration among all stakeholders. We will continue to build on our collaboration with patients, ethics committees, investigators and the regulatory agency in order to bring medicines for unmet medical needs faster. The general public is now far more aware of the relevance of clinical trials and we need to build on this to ensure greater appreciation of and recognition for clinical research in India.
I thank Dr Trivedi and our outgoing Executive Committee and Council/Chapter Heads for their contribution to leading ISCR the last four year."
